Benny R. Broussard

Benny R. Broussard was born on July 4, 1926, in Orange, Texas, to Ovie and Cassie Broussard; He had had five siblings: Ovie, Jr., Mable Link, Mary Havens, Addie Garmen, and Ruth Culp. Benny graduated high school and attended some college; He then went on to work for the United States Postal Service as a Postmaster until retirement. Upon retirement Benny went on to be the Manger of Plant Management at Point Loma Nazarene University. Some of Benny’s hobbies included woodworking, golf, and spending time with his family; Benny was a devout Christian.

Benny passed away on March 11, 2021; He is survived by: Jerry Broussard (son), Jill Broussard (daughter-in-law), Garrett Broussard (Grandson), Somerly Williams (granddaughter), Amy Broussard (granddaughter), Amanda Krukow (granddaughter), Devin Williams (great grandson), Blake Williams, (great grandson), Grace Krukow (great granddaughter).
