Victoria “Tori” Keller

September 3, 1931 — November 21, 2018

​It is with sadness, but an incredible amount of love, that the family of Victoria Keller announces her passing. Victoria Keller (nee: Griffin), known to friends as “Tori”, and her grandchildren as “Nana”, passed away on November 21, 2018 at the age of 87 years. She was born in Colon, Panama. She was also a native of National City – San Diego, where she grew up.

Victoria will be lovingly be remembered by her six children:

Children: Dwight, Linda, Brenda, Nathan, Kevin and Lynette. Grandchildren: Linda Stout (Jeff, Amber and Deanna); Brenda and Mike Ackermann (Michael, Jessica and Tim); Nathan (Chuck, Micah, Byron, Vince, Cory and Dustin); Kevin (Jeremiah): Lynette and Don Williamson (Christopher and Anthony). In addition, there are grand children (15) and great grand children.

Victoria was pre-deceased by her mother, father and siblings (Cecil Darrigo and Daniel Griffin).

Tori will be remembered as:

A person who is kind, caring, put others first, has a high moral character, strong belief in God that she shared whole heartedly with others, somebody who is a great listener and fun to be around, somebody who shares her wisdom freely and always has a great story to tell about the past. Things that we will miss the most about her are: her humble and warm spirit, her beautiful smile and piercing blue eyes, and her ability to make everybody feel welcome and loved around her.

Tori has moved quite a bit in her life and lived in a several beautiful places, however one of her favorite places was Mckinleyville, CA. She talked fondly of her time there, and it a place that she loved to walk on the beach and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

A Celebration of Victoria’s life will be held at 10 am, on Monday, November 26th, at St. Gregory the Great Church of Whittier, located at 13935 Telegraph Rd, Whittier, CA 90604 presided over by Deacon Bill Pilkington officiated by Father Brian T. Castañeda V.F., Pastor.
